Holistic Medication-Assisted Care:

In our medication-assisted treatment program, we provide naltrexone (Vivitrol) and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to patients with opioid use disorder. The decision regarding the use of naltrexone or buprenorphine for maintenance is centered on the patient's needs and is complemented by therapeutic and wellness programming. Please note that the mat program is currently exclusive to patients enrolled in our residential program.

Dynamic Day Treatment Program:

Serenity Lane's innovative day treatment program, also referred to as partial hospitalization, offers the highest level of care for individuals after completing inpatient residential treatment. Designed to accommodate personal and professional commitments, this comprehensive program empowers individuals to balance their daily responsibilities while receiving effective substance use disorder treatment.

Therapeutic Long-Term Residential Community:

At Serenity Lane, our long-term residential treatment focuses on cultivating a supportive therapeutic community for recovering addicts prone to relapse or patients requiring a specified duration of treatment, such as professionals in occupational safety and healthcare fields. By providing a healing environment and ongoing support, we facilitate long-term recovery and personal growth.

Comprehensive Residential Program:

At Serenity Lane, our residential treatment offers a comprehensive approach to address stabilization, crisis intervention, and medically supervised detoxification. Patients benefit from counseling, individual therapy sessions, and specialized support to navigate the complexities of chemical dependency. With a duration of 28 days, our program includes intensive group therapy, personalized counseling, and educational resources on addiction as a disease.

Personalized Medically Monitored Detox:

Serenity Lane's detox program ensures a safe withdrawal from alcohol and/or drugs with diligent monitoring by our medical staff. Each patient receives individualized medical treatment, leading to varying lengths of stay in our Detox Medical center. Our dedicated nursing staff, physicians, psychiatrists, and counselors collaborate to create a tailored treatment plan. Once the patient's medical condition stabilizes, a smooth transition to the residential treatment program is arranged.
